Article 1: Preamble

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the site:

Article 3: Personal data collected and processed while browsing the site

3.1: Data collected

The personal data collected is as follows:

- Mandatory: Name, first name, email address, telephone number.

- Optional: Function, company, location, IP address.

The collection and processing of this data meets the following purpose (s):

      • - Management of customer and user accounts.
      • - Sending newsletters and marketing communications (subject to consent).
      • - Management of registrations for training courses and events.
      • - Improvement of the site and analysis of visits (Google Analytics).
      • - Customer support and assistance.

3.2: Data Collection Method

  • When you use our site, the following data is automatically collected:
  • - Contact or registration forms.
    - Registration form for training courses and events.
    - Cookies and analytical tools.
    - Customer support system.

They are kept by the data controller under reasonable security conditions, for a period of:

  • - Prospect data: 3 years after the last contact.
    - Customer data: 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
    - Accounting and legal data: 10 years.
    - Cookies: 13 months.

The company may keep certain personal data beyond the deadlines announced above in order to fulfill its legal or regulatory obligations.

4.2: Sharing data with third parties

  • Data can be transmitted to the following partners:
  • - CRM and commercial management: PipeDrive.
  • - Emailing and newsletters: Mailchimp.
  • - Performance analysis: Google Analytics
  • - Hosting and maintenance: Webflow.

All transmissions respect the RGPD, with application of standard contract terms.

Article 5: Cookies

The site uses three types of cookies:

  • - Essential cookies: Ensure the proper functioning of the site.
  • - Analytical cookies: Measure the audience and analyze the performance (Google Analytics).
  • - Marketing cookies: Monitoring interactions with emails and campaigns (Mailchimp).


Users can accept or refuse these cookies via a consent banner.


Cookies are kept for a period of 13 months.

Article 6: User rights in terms of data collection and processing

Any user concerned by the processing of their personal data may exercise the following rights, in application of European Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act (Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978):

  • - Right to access, rectify and right to delete data (set out respectively in articles 15, 16 and 17 of the RGPD);
  • - Right to data portability (article 20 of the RGPD);
  • - Right to limitation (article 18 of the RGPD) and to oppose the processing of data (article 21 of the RGPD);
  • - Right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on an automated process;
  • - Right to determine the fate of data after death;
  • - Right to refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority (article 77 of the RGPD).

In order for the data controller to grant his request, the user may be required to provide him with certain information such as: his first and last names, his e-mail address as well as his account number, personal space or subscriber number.

Article 7: Conditions for modifying the privacy policy

The publisher of the site reserves the right to be able to modify this Policy at any time in order to ensure that users of the site comply with the law in force.

Any changes may not affect purchases previously made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in force at the time of purchase and as accepted by the user during the validation of the purchase.

Users are invited to read this Policy each time they use our services, without the need to formally notify them.
