AI Data Scientist/AI Engineer

In close collaboration with the AI project manager, you will be responsible for:

‍

• Develop advanced multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) algorithms to improve coordination and collaboration between intelligent agents in complex financial environments,

• Design Multi-Agent System architectures based on LLMs to meet use cases such as regulatory control, compliance or financial calculations,

• Explore collaborative reasoning techniques,

• Create and implement effective communication protocols and coordination mechanisms between intelligent agents, ensuring the detection and resolution of conflicts,

• Create simulators and test environments to assess the performance of AI Multi-Agent Systems in various financial scenarios,

• Integrate LLM Multi-Agent Systems into concrete applications, such as automated portfolio management, operational process optimization or market behavior modeling,

• Ensure sector monitoring in order to identify promising innovations for the specific needs of the project.

In a second step, you will contribute to the integration of a graph analysis layer aimed at improving explainability, the correlation between business variables and the understanding of interconnections in the complex systems analyzed. This stage will be part of a logic of gradual evolution of the platform and will aim in particular at:

‍

• Design knowledge graphs representing relationships between entities, indicators and financial events,

• Explore time graphs to model the evolution of data over time,

• Facilitate the explanation of the results produced by AI systems.

‍

Finally, you will work on intelligent interfaces allowing users to interact intuitively with the agents developed.

• Master 2/engineering cycle,

• Experience of at least five years in development in an agile environment,

• Appreciated knowledge of the banking sector,

• Professional level in English,

• Ability to analyze and solve problems,

• Inquisitive temperament, voluntary, proactive, good interpersonal.

Expected technical skills:

• Development of AI agents and orchestration of LLMs including frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph or equivalent,

• Mastery of Python and good collaborative development practices (GitHub, tests, CI/CD),

• Knowledge in ML Ops: deployment of models in production, management of serverless workflows (AWS, SageMaker, etc.), vector stores (FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate... ),

• Good command of advanced prompt engineering (chain-of-thought, few-shot learning, re-reading...),

• Solid understanding of open-source and commercial language models (LLMs) and their evaluation criteria.

Bonus skills (appreciated assets):

• LLMs finetuning (tuning instruction, LoRa, QLoRa...),

• Knowledge of SQL databases and graphs (Neo4j, DGL),

• Intelligent scraping and automation of NLP pipelines,

• Treatment of heterogeneous documents (PDF, HTML, web...),

• Experience with Dataiku, Tagetik,

• Mastery of graph/GNNs representations (PyTorch Geometric...),

• Frontend concepts (React),

• Interest in the agentic issues of UX Design.
