About Exclusive Networks
Exclusive Networks is a global player in cybersecurity and digital infrastructures. Present in 45 countries and with more than 3,000 employees, the group supports both security solution providers and major technological integrators.

A new predictive model to make commercial planning more reliable
Historically, Exclusive Networks' business forecasts were built manually by sales and management control teams, based on pipelines that were updated weekly.
A long and repetitive process, involving numerous resources and whose precision could vary from region to region.
The group wanted to build a predictive sales forecasting model capable of projecting performance over 3, 6, or 12 months, with an accuracy difference of less than ± 3%.
The challenge was twofold: to make financial planning reliable at the group level and to offer local teams an automated tool that was easy to use and accurate enough to be adopted.
Technological collaboration to industrialize sales forecasting with Prime Analytics and Alteryx
To design and industrialize this model, Exclusive Networks has chosen Prime Analytics as a technical partner, and the platform Alteryx as a basis for automation.
The Prime Analytics teams brought their expertise on statistical modeling and workflow structuring, making it possible to quickly move from the experimental phase to an operational model.
They supported Exclusive Networks in:
- • the design of an initial test workflow to validate feasibility,
- • the comparison of several hundred ARIMA and ETS models according to time horizons and perimeters,
- • the integration of new parameters such as exchange rates and seasonality (in particular the peak of activity in December),
- • and the rise in competence of internal teams to enable them to maintain and develop the model independently.

Finally, Prime Analytics deployed the solution on Alteryx Server, allowing forecasts to be automatically executed at night and on weekends, without depending on the central IT team.
