Why Alteryx—and why this choice has defined us since 2018 Our presence in three formats
When we founded Prime Analytics in 2018, the question of which technology to choose was wide open. Dataiku was on the rise. Alteryx was already well-established in the Anglo-Saxon world. Power BI was becoming mainstream. Databricks was emerging in the cloud.
We chose to go deep with Alteryx. For three reasons.
A user-fit choice. Alteryx is designed for business users, not Data Engineers. A financial controller can build an automation workflow in 2 hours. A risk manager can consolidate multiple sources without relying on IT. This no-code accessibility isn't a gimmick—it’s the only credible way to shift business teams from 80% manual Excel work to 80% value-added analysis.
An ecosystem choice. Alteryx is already a fixture in major French banks. Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Groupe BPCE, Natixis—all have significant Alteryx deployments. Specializing in this tool means positioning ourselves exactly where our target clients are.
A community choice. The Alteryx ecosystem is exceptionally collaborative — active User Groups, a recognized ACE program, and recurring events. It is a space where you can build a reputation as an expert recognized by your peers.
The "so what" for your organization If you are a CDO or Data lead in banking, the question is no longer "which platform should I choose." The real question is "who in my organization should become data-autonomous — and which tool will make this autonomy possible without overloading IT?"

- Pillar 3 — Community engagement. The most underestimated pillar. A trained but isolated user will abandon the tool within 6 months. A user who participates in an active community becomes a natural ambassador. Monthly user groups, quarterly datathons, and an annual awards ceremony.
